⚠ VERIFY — Availability is a placeholder: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 WITA, 30-minute slots, one working day of notice, bookable up to 60 days out. Confirm real office hours (see the Office note) and whether Friday prayers need a midday block. Edit in WP Admin → Appointments.

⚠ FLAG — Nothing syncs to a real calendar yet. Google Calendar sync is a paid Simply Schedule Appointments feature and no calendar has been nominated (OPEN-ITEMS #7). Bookings currently only send email to info@kjasukartha.com, so someone has to watch that inbox and double-bookings against the partners’ own diaries are possible. Resolve before launch.

⚠ NOTE — The form collects Name and Email only. The fuller field set from the content brief (Company, WhatsApp, “What would you like to discuss?”) needs SSA’s paid tier — on the free edition those fields render unlabelled and a radio degrades to a plain text box. Meeting format is captured instead by offering two appointment types, which is native to the free edition. If the discussion-topic field matters, either upgrade SSA or add a separate light contact form.

⚠ VERIFY — WhatsApp is set to the same number as the office line (0361 4459307), on the client’s near-certain recollection. 0361 is a Denpasar landline, and WhatsApp only works on a landline if the firm registered it through WhatsApp Business with voice-call verification. Open https://wa.me/623614459307 and confirm a chat opens to KJA before launch. If it is actually a separate mobile, the number lives in one place — kja_contact() in the theme’s functions.php.

⚠ VERIFY — Office hours. Not on the old site and not in the kickoff transcript; worth listing next to the address.

✔ NOTE — Location confirmed against the firm’s own Google listing (client-supplied link): KJA Sukartha & Rekan at -8.6702514, 115.2270639, place ID 0x2dd241001b05ffb3:0xf12aca3b7e2e1079. The embed searches by name and lands on that listing; both “Open in Google Maps” links use the short link. (For whoever edits this: the iframe src must be the www.google.com/maps/embed?pb=… form. The shorter maps.google.com/maps?…&output=embed URL 301s with X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN, which the browser blocks before it follows the redirect, so the frame comes up blank. A maps.app.goo.gl short link cannot be used as an iframe src either.)
